We develop in accordance with the needs of the energy market, follow all the opportunities it provides, concentrate our efforts, knowledge and experience in providing complete or partial solutions for the investment of our customers.

Right from the very beginning of the project idea, we analyse many options consistent with the connection opportunities and optimized location of the wind farm turbines in order to maximize the effect of using wind as an energy source. All design operations are in accordance with the environmental standards, and for this purpose we prepare environmental assessments and EIA reports. We prepare and coordinate all the technical documentation required for a building permit. During the construction activities and the installation of the turbines, modern and innovative technical solutions are used in strict application of the project documentation. Тhe process ends with the commissioning of the site and obtaining a permit for use.

During the operation of the already-constructed wind power plants, we take care of the technical maintenance of the turbines and the grid connection facilities. Throughout the operation process, accompanied by a constantly-changing regulatory framework, we perform trade and energy management of the wind farms.

Acquisition of wind power plant Mogilishte-1 , Kavarna municipality

Acquisition of the ownership of wind power plant Mogilishte-1 with a capacity of 500 kW in the land of Mogilishte village, Kavarna municipality.
The proposed option for the transaction is in line with the interests of both parties.
The entire procedure for the acquisition of the Mogilishte-1 has been carried out as well as registration of the change in ownership with all counterparties and institutions in order to ensure the smooth operation of the wind power plant.

Аssessment of the feasibility of sites for the development of a wind farm project in the region of Karnobat

The evaluation is based on the legal requirements, the potential impact on nearby residential areas through the moving shadow of the wind generators, the wind potential, and the transport access to the sites. Suitable parcels were selected for the development of the project and for the deployment of a total of 27 wind generators, with a total design capacity of nearly 200 MW. Legal and technical due diligence of a PV project, 5.0MW and electricity storage facility

In connection with the bankability study of PV power plant project Popovo 5.0MW, including an electricity storage facility, a legal and technical due diligence has been carried out. Upon review of the project documentation, including permitting documents and technical designs, expert opinions and recommendations have been provided.
The report examines the site ownership, construction permitting documents (legal and technical), the connection of the PV plant to the local operator's electricity distribution network as well as the installation of an electricity storage facility. The report includes an assessment of future energy yields under different scenarios with different probability levels (P50-P90). Capital and operating costs (CAPEX & OPEX) have been analyzed.
The legal and technical analysis (due diligence) was carried out in accordance with the scope of  the work requirements of the financing institution.

Design, construction and commissioning of WPP G-6, Vestas V80-2.0MW

The wind power plant is located in the town of Kavarna, municipality of Kavarna and was implemented with a wind turbine VESTAS V80-2MW.
The WPP is connected by a 3 km long newly constructed 20kV cable line to an existing switch substation owned by the same investor. A full scope of design works, complete construction of the WPP and commissioning have been carried out for the project. The WPP is planned to be connected to the grid.
